4. Intellectual Property

All content on the gymtempo.app website and within the GymTempo application — including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, design and software — is the property of Alex Antoniuk or his licensors, except where indicated otherwise.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of these elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from the operator.

Any unauthorised use of the site, the application or any element they contain may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may be prosecuted under applicable law.

GymTempo is provided “as is” and “as available”. The operator cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the site or application, in particular in the event of interruption, malfunction, transmission delay, data loss, computer virus, or any incident that is not directly attributable to a serious fault of the operator.

You are solely responsible for keeping your own copies of any important workout data.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by the laws of Poland.

In case of any dispute, and absent an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be determined under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection rules and consumer jurisdiction rules of the user’s country of residence remain fully applicable.
