These Terms of Use apply to the GymTempo website, application, and related services (together, the Service).

By using the Service, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to accept these terms.

2. Account and licence

You are responsible for accurate account information, account security, and all activity through your account. Do not share, sell, transfer, or misuse an account.

GymTempo grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service. All software, design, branding, and content provided by GymTempo remain the property of GymTempo or its licensors.

3. Health and safety

GymTempo is a workout tracking tool, not a medical device or a source of medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, coaching, supervision, or emergency assistance.

Exercise carries a risk of injury and health problems. You use the Service and exercise entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for choosing suitable exercises, weights, equipment, and surroundings. Consult a qualified professional when needed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GymTempo is not responsible for injury, illness, property damage, or other harm related to exercise or reliance on the Service.

4. Prohibited use

You must not:

• Break laws or third-party rights.
• Access another person’s account or data.
• Bypass security, introduce harmful code, disrupt, scrape, or automate the Service without permission.
• Copy, resell, reverse engineer, or use the Service or its data to build a competing product, except where law permits.
• Use the Service for fraud, harassment, impersonation, or harm.

Good-faith security research is governed by our Security Policy.

5. User content

You retain your rights in submitted content and confirm you may lawfully submit it. You grant GymTempo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, reproduce, and display it only to operate, protect, and improve the Service.

We may remove content that violates these terms or creates risk.

6. Availability and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. The Service may be unavailable, contain errors, or lose data. Keep your own copy of important data.

Third-party and app-store services have their own terms. GymTempo is not responsible for their content, security, availability, or actions.

We may suspend or terminate access without notice if you violate these terms, create risk, or harm the Service or others.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GymTempo disclaims all warranties, including accuracy, fitness for purpose, availability, security, and reliability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GymTempo and its providers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, revenue, opportunity, reputation, or use. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Service during the previous 12 months.

Nothing limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

8. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover claims, losses, and expenses caused by your content, misuse of the Service, or violation of these terms, law, or third-party rights.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Continued use means you accept it. If you disagree, stop using the Service.
